FAQ's

How long does it take for you to refund me?

We process refunds weekly, however during busy periods, it can take longer.

How long does it take to get my money?
As soon as a refund has been agreed, Paypal refunds are instant. Credit/debit card payments can take up to 5 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
If you return your item(s) in original packaging, in a resalable condition, within 14 days, we will give you a full refund, including original postage cost. You only have to pay for the return postage.

What if I return an item that is out of warranty?
Unfortunately, we are unable to recover any costs incurred for items that are returned out of warranty so you will not be refunded. Your item will be available for collection from our stores or sent back to you for a small charge.

Do you sell spare parts?

DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEM BACK STRAIGHT AWAY AS IT MAY NOT BE NECESSARY

It is a huge inconvenience having to return items that are damaged or faulty, especially extractor fans as leaving a gaping hole in our bathroom or kitchens that looks horrendous!

In our experience, most problems can be resolved without the need for sending items back. Fasica's, timer and humidity boards are really easy to fit and can be sent out to you really quickly!

You may find that when you receive your order, additional warranties may be offered by the manufacturer. As we don't advertise these additional warranties, we are not obligated or contracted to honour them. However, we are happy to provide additional contact details should you have any difficulties.
